Why is Astaxanthin, known as the "King of Antioxidants", so powerful

Astaxanthin, which is deep pink in color, is one of the strongest natural antioxidants in the world, known as the "King of Antioxidants". Astaxanthin is a powerful antioxidant that we humans have found and recognized in nature so far, and there is no more than it. It is a carotenoid, but it is the most antioxidant in the carotenoid family.

Astaxanthin can repair the factor of islet beta cells damaged by free radicals, restore the normal function of insulin secretion by the islets, and can lower blood sugar stably.

Studies have found that astaxanthin has physiological activities in both fat-soluble and water-soluble environments, and can pass through the blood-brain barrier to bring antioxidant benefits to the brain and central nervous system. Provides antioxidant effects on the brain, nervous system, and improves vision, and prevents the occurrence of neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease.

Medical scientists found a substance that can extract a large amount of astaxanthin in a kind of algae. This alga is called Haematococcus Pluvialis. The content of astaxanthin in Haematococcus Pluvialis is 1.5%-3.0%, which is regarded as a "concentrated product" of natural astaxanthin and has a high degree of safety, which is conducive to human absorption.
